About Our Balsam Christmas Wreaths

Sunshine and Brian Strout have taken the helm of Holiday Wreaths, a family run business producing the finest Maine made balsam wreaths since 1978. We take pride in providing you with the best possible balsam products Maine has to offer.

Orders

You may order online or by telephone using MasterCard or Visa. We begin taking orders in September and begin shipping as early as November 12.
To ensure your balsam product arrives in time for the holiday, orders must be placed by December 13.
We reserve the right to substitute decorative items with items of equal or higher value due to depletion or unavailability of such decorations.
If you do not specify a bow color, you will receive the bow that is pictured in our brochure and Web site.
Sizes of products are approximate averages. A 24 inch wreath may be slightly smaller or larger. These are handmade products made from natural materials.

Shipping

All of our prices include UPS shipping (in the continental U.S.), gift box and gift card.
Please be careful in providing us with the shipping addresses for your products. UPS charges an additional $5 to correct the delivery when incorrect shipping addresses are provided. This fee will be charged to your credit card if the address you provide proves incorrect. Please note that if you have provided us with a P.O. Box for shipping we will have to ship via the U.S. Post Office which is decidedly more expensive and $10 surcharge will be applied to your order.
Orders placed after December 15 must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail for prompt Christmas delivery. This requires an additional $10 for shipping. This shipping will be added at checkout.
